Structural characteristics
It is composed of three parts: pipeline body, driving device and magnet operating device. The driving device is installed on the pipeline wall, and the magnet operating device of the magnetic separation chamber in the pipeline is driven by the sprocket and chain. The permanent magnet will discharge the ferromagnetic substances mixed in the materials in the pipeline through the iron outlet.
Variable shell rotation for magnetic system operation, from the structure to increase the action of the magnetic system process, with a unique separation mechanism, iron debris sharing more thoroughly. The use of high temperature resistant, strong magnetic NdFeb magnetic material, high magnetic field strength. The whole machine is connected in series in the powder conveying pipeline, flange connection, easy to install. Permanent magnet as a magnetic source, no power consumption, small power slag discharge, very low power consumption, compact structure, stable and reliable work.
The equipment uses NdFeb with high remanence as magnetic source, which has high iron removal efficiency and long service life.
The power source adopts low-power cycloidal pinwheel reducer motor, and the transmission adopts precision roller chain, which has the advantages of small volume, light weight, reliable and stable operation, small failure, etc., convenient for users and easy maintenance.
The equipment has reasonable structure design, compact and convenient installation. It can be used in the material conveying pipeline in series.
The iron removal process is continuous and automatic, and no care is required after the equipment is started.
Suitable for closed material conveying system, no dust escape in the work, no environmental pollution.
The pipe wall is made of special wear-resistant material, and the service life is multiplied.
Working principle: Connected in series to the material conveying pipe with an inclination of 45-75 degrees, when the material flows through the iron remover, the ferromagnetic material is adsorbed to the stainless steel pipe wall of the pipe remover, and gradually slides to the direction of the iron outlet with the movement of the permanent magnet, so as to achieve separation from the material. At the iron outlet, because the permanent magnet moves away in the direction of circulation, the ferromagnetic material loses its magnetic attraction and is discharged from the iron outlet under the action of gravity to achieve automatic iron removal of the material.
