Iron remover use

Selection Guide
Users in the selection of iron remover must first consider whether the conveyor belt, belt width, belt speed, inclination angle, the nature of the material, humidity, particle size, thickness, the amount of iron in the material, the particle size of ferromagnetic material, the nature of the iron removal requirements, the use of the environment (temperature, humidity, dust, corrosive, etc.), the characteristics of the remover itself, the location of the installation, and the size of the space and so on.
When the material contains more iron, should be used in continuous automatic iron removal RCDC, RCDD, RCDF series of self-unloading electromagnetic separator; RCYC series of self-unloading permanent magnetic separator; RCT series of permanent magnetic drum; CFDL series of electromagnetic drum.
When the material contains less iron, should choose RCDA, RCDB, RCDE, CF series of manual unloading suspended electromagnetic iron remover; RCY series of permanent magnetic iron remover.
When the material in the ferromagnetic material is particularly small, the selection of GJT series metal detector and strong magnetic self-unloading electric, permanent magnetic separator supporting the use of automatic monitoring and automatic removal of iron, with power saving and energy saving, long service life, good effect of iron removal and so on.
In the use of suspended electric, permanent magnetic separator, such as material is too thick can be used with WCTG series of non-magnetic parallel rollers, to improve the rate of exhaustion. Can also be appropriate to reduce the suspension height, in order to achieve the desired effect of iron removal.
When the use of environmental dust (such as coal dust, soot, dust) is more serious, should be used CF, RCDB, RCDE series of fully sealed structure of the electromagnetic separator, RCY series of permanent magnet separator.
When the material contains metal materials that can not be adsorbed by the iron remover, GJT series metal detector should be used to detect metal objects, automatic shutdown and then manual iron removal.
When the user does not use the conveyor tape but adopts the chute, pipeline, chain machine, elevator and other equipment to transport materials, should be used RCYF.G.T series of pipeline permanent magnetic iron remover.
The main features of the iron remover are: suction long, large shape of the ferromagnetic material is easy to short, small shape; suction pointed shape is easy to spherical; suction dynamic is easy to static.
For the higher requirements of iron removal occasions, such as the requirements of the suspension height greater than the rated suspension height or material thickness greater than the rated thickness, should be appropriate to improve the specifications of the iron remover or multi-stage iron removal.
