Scope of application
For fine or powdered non-metallic feldspar, quartz, kaolin, frit, pigment, battery powder and other raw ore iron oxide (Fe203) or other weak magnetic impurities and mechanical iron mixed in the process of separation of magnetic substances; Remove weak magnetic oxides, dust rust and other pollutants from powdery materials, widely used in refractory materials, ceramics, glass and other non-metallic minerals and chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries purification materials; Sorting fine-grained mineral particles, such as magnetically fine-grained black metal hematite, pseudohematite, limonite, siderite, chromite, manganese ore, etc. Fine grade nonferrous metal wolframite, fine grain rare metal monazite and so on.
Technical characteristics
The magnetic field is high, the magnetic field is up to 15000GS-30000GS, the magnetic field is evenly distributed, the gradient is high, and the iron removal effect is obvious.
Automatic operation, no manual operation, iron removal is convenient, thorough, no residue.
The magnetic system is characterized by large envelope Angle, multiple magnetic poles, and the absolute pair value of magnetic flux density in the separation area is relatively average, which can give full play to the sorting function of the magnetic system.
The 180 degree high temperature electromagnetic wire is 5-10 times more durable than the previous 130 degree electromagnetic wire.
Using forced water cooling mode, the excitation coil heat dissipation is fast, the temperature rise is low, and the magnetic field thermal attenuation is small.
The brake valve adopts imported material, the valve body is strong and durable, the switch is smooth, and there is no residual slurry overflow after closing.
The iron removal is washed by vibration and high pressure water pump, which is completely clean without residue.
Magnetic mesh is made of special material. After cutting off the excitation coil power supply, there is no remanence and it is easy to remove iron.
