MJT-DS Series High Gradient Magnetic Separator - Chinese Suppliers & Factory for Iron Removal Solutions
Scope of Application
For fine or powdered non-metallic feldspar, quartz, kaolin, frit, pigment, battery powder and other raw ore iron oxide (Fe2O3) or other weak magnetic impurities and mechanical iron mixed in the process of separation of magnetic substances; Remove weak magnetic oxides, dust rust and other pollutants from powdery materials, widely used in refractory materials, ceramics, glass and other non-metallic minerals and chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries purification materials; Sorting fine-grained mineral particles, such as magnetically fine-grained black metal hematite, pseudohematite, limonite, siderite, chromite, manganese ore, etc. Fine grade nonferrous metal wolframite, fine grain rare metal monazite and so on.
Technical Characteristics
-
The magnetic field is high, up to 15000GS-30000GS, evenly distributed with a high gradient for obvious iron removal.
-
Automatic operation requiring no manual operation, ensuring convenient, thorough iron removal with no residue.
-
Large envelope Angle and multiple magnetic poles design to fully optimize the sorting function of the magnetic system.
-
Equipped with 180 degree high temperature electromagnetic wire, 5-10 times more durable than conventional 130 degree wire.
-
Forced water cooling mode guarantees fast heat dissipation of the excitation coil and minimal thermal attenuation.
-
Imported material brake valve offers durability, smooth switching, and zero residual slurry overflow upon closing.
-
Iron removal is washed thoroughly via vibration and high pressure water pump, leaving no residue behind.
-
Special material magnetic mesh ensures no remanence after cutting off power supply, making iron removal easy.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What is the maximum magnetic field strength of this separator?
The magnetic field intensity of this equipment is exceptionally high, reaching from 15,000 GS up to 30,000 GS. The magnetic field is evenly distributed with a high gradient to ensure an outstanding iron removal effect.
Q2: Which materials are most suitable for purification using this equipment?
It is widely used for fine or powdered non-metallic minerals (such as feldspar, quartz, kaolin, frit, pigment, battery powder) and fine-grained mineral particles like hematite, limonite, siderite, chromite, wolframite, and monazite.
Q3: How does the cooling system function during continuous operation?
The machine utilizes a forced water cooling mode. This allows the excitation coil to dissipate heat rapidly, ensuring a low temperature rise and minimizing any thermal attenuation of the magnetic field.
Q4: Is the iron removal process fully automated?
Yes, the separator features fully automatic operation. It requires no manual labor during the iron removal process, making the separation thorough, convenient, and completely residue-free.
Q5: What are the input voltage and electrical requirements?
The standard electrical configuration for all models in this series is a 380V 50HZ three-phase four-wire system.
Q6: Why is the electromagnetic wire used in this machine more durable?
The machine is built with a 180-degree high-temperature electromagnetic wire. This specialized wire is 5 to 10 times more durable than standard 130-degree electromagnetic wires, significantly extending the lifespan of the equipment.
