The MJT-DG series magnetic separators operate on a 380V, 50Hz three-phase four-wire power supply. The excitation power ranges from ≤5.4 kW up to ≤12.0 kW depending on the specific model.
The MJT-DG series is optimized for dry, nonmagnetic materials in the form of 8-mesh fine powders or granules. The ideal iron content of the processed materials should be ≤1%.
For the CTZ series, the iron removal capacity ranges from 0.8 to 20 t/h for powdery materials and 10 to 180 t/h for bulk materials. For the high-intensity MJT-DG series, the throughput capacity ranges from 0.3 to 2.0 t/h depending on the chosen model.
The weight varies significantly by model. The CTZ series weights range from 150 kg (CTZ-32/40) to 1580 kg (CTZ-100/120). The MJT-DG series host weights range from 550 kg (MJT-DG-160) up to 1680 kg (MJT-DG-300T2).
